How to Beat Every Boss in Hunty Zombies (Solo & Team Strategy)
Normal zombies are easy to kill in Hunty Zombies. But then the warning siren goes and a Boss spawns, and most players panic and die immediately.
The Tank or the Giant Zombie has ridiculously High HP so does all of its previous bosses. You see, if your strategy is all wrong, you’ll run out of ammo long before they run out of health.
In this guide we’ll cover the weakness to each of the major boss types and how best to kill them – whether you are running Solo or with a Squad.
Warning: You can’t beat bosses with the basic pistol. Make sure you have enough Cash to buy a Minigun or AK-47 before doing so. Need Cash fast? Snatch up free money in our Hunty Zombies Codes List as soon as you can.

The Tank Zombie (The Bullet Sponge)
The Tank just so happens to be the very first “big bad boss” any new player will encounter. Big, slow but can take thousands of bullets, as the name suggests.
| Attribute | Details |
|---|---|
| Behaviour | Slowly advances towards the nearest player. Should he catch you, he inflicts potent melee damage. |
| Weakness | Speed. OMG you’ve had your shoes off and been running for at least 1 minute, he can NOT catch you! |
| Solo Strategy | “Kiting”. Run in a giant circle around the map. Do the same turning the other way, fire for 2 seconds and run back. Don’t allow him to become grabbable. |
| Team Strategy | One bait player (draw Tank’s attention) and 3 attack other players. This is doubly-damaging, in multiple senses of the term. |
| Best Weapon | Minigun or Auto Shotgun |
The Giant Zombie (The OneHit Killer)
This boss is literally a commanding presence on the map. His strikes are slow, but powerful.
| Attribute | Details |
|---|---|
| Behaviour | He is able to reach farther than the regular zombies. He may throw things, or stamp his foot. |
| Weakness | His head is an enormous easy-target for vital hits. |
| Solo Strategy | DON’T GET CLOSE. Long range weapons such as a Sniper or Assault Rifle. If he gets within striking distance, blast him with the Ray Gun to be knocked back (if you have it) or sprint away right away. |
| Team Strategy | Spread out! Do not group together. If the team clumps, his AoE can one-shot them all. |
| Best Weapon | Gold AK-47 (for headshot one taps). |
The Sprinter Boss (Speed Demon)
This is a fast boss; unlike the tank. He will never stop chasing you and you won’t be able to hit him.
| Attribute | Details |
|---|---|
| Behavior | Fast, erratic movement. He zig-zags to avoid bullets. |
| Weakness | After he attacks or hits a wall, he’ll stop for a split second. |
| Solo Strategy | Use obstacles! Hop fences, run past crates or use stairs. The AI will frequently be baffled by complicated terrain, leaving you to reload. |
| Team Strategy | Focus fire. Everyone must shoot at the same time to stun-lock him. |
| Best Weapon | Ray Gun (Splash damage can also be beneficial if he’s faster than you’re lining him up.) |

Recommended Setup:
| Slot | Item | Purpose |
