A Tier: Reliable Powerhouses
Dragonborn is your next best choice if you haven’t obtained Angel or Demon. It provides +20% Max HP and has a 40% effect to burn enemies.
Minotaur goes into a rage at less than 50 percent life. This gives +30% speed and damage when physical.
Golem into a beefy tank with +30% health and Stone Heart. It decreases received damage by 25%.
Goblin seems weak but has 12% shop discount. So, there’s no better way to build for fun.
B Tier: Situational Picks
Shadow gives you +15% movement speed, and +10% attack speed. Its Phantom Step dodges 15% of all attacking players.
Undead has a passive ability Second Chance. 50% of your health gets restored if you fall below 10% HP once every 5 minutes.
Both are great for certain play style but have health issues.
C Tier: Early Game Options
Orc: +15% health and +10% physical damage. It does slow you down though and decreases movement speed by 10%.
Dwarf is ideal for miners. It gives a 15% mining damage and a 20% critical mining chance. -5% movement speed hurts in combat too.
D Tier: Limited Value
Elf’s bonus is a +15% to your stamina and a paltry +7% luck buff. These are bonuses that do not scale well lategame.
Zombie has -25% Health, but +2% regeneration every 5 seconds. Their low HP pool means they are hard to keep alive.
F Tier: Starter Race
Human is your default race. It gives nothing but +3% luck and +3% more XP. Reroll immediately when possible.
How to Reroll Races in The Forge Roblox
Rerolling race is easy but it takes spins. Here’s the process:
- Hit T to open up your inventory.
- Navigate to the Shop tab
- Click “Go to Race Menu”
- Click Reroll to roll a new race
Each spin has fixed odds. Basic races (e.g. human) will show up 25% of the time. The mythical racers have only a 0.5 percent chance of finding theirs.
Free rerolls Do not spend any ingots on the reroll offer. Alternatively, purchase them with Robux.
Best Race Strategy for Beginners
First Reroll until you get at least A-tier race or higher. And you can front-load your combat stats fairly well with either a Dragonborn or Minotaur.
Keep Goblin or Dwarf in 2nd race slot. You can switch to them when shopping or mining to use them in place of your main pick for optimal efficiency.
Keep on rolling whenever you can collect free spins. You’re going to hit Angel or Demon things at the end, eventually.
All Pickaxes in the Forge and How to Obtain Them
The Forge gameplay is based around mining. What pickaxe you have will dictate the ores you can pull up, and how fast you’re gonna make progress. Below, we’ll run you through every pickaxe in The Forge and what they do.
Understanding Pickaxe Stats
And every pickaxe has three primary stats that determine how efficiently you’re able to mine.
Mining power is the amount of damage you do to rock. Larger numbers enable you to break harder boulders and get at higher-quality ores. Each rock requires a certain power level to collect.
Luck boost – Increases the likelihood of finding rare ores. Even a marginal increase in percentage dramatically raises your ore quality. This is important when mining deep at the endgame.
You have access to rune slots, which you can equip with special buffs for your pickaxe. The more slots, the more customization and therefore better mining output.
